Church Ministries
Ministry is very important to us here at Lighthouse.
Our ministries serve two purposes, first to see more people come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.
In addition to personally leading others to Christ, we want to strengthen believers in their walk with God.
We believe that as Christians we need to be growing in our faith. The Christian life is not a onetime experience but a life long journey and so we want to help each other make the most of our journey for the glory of God.
How to Serve at Lighthouse
We firmly believe as a church that every believer has been gifted by God to serve.
We want to help people discover their spiritual gifts and use them in order to build up the body of Christ.
The first step to serving at Lighthouse is just to come.
We believe ministry is people so it will take time to get to know people.
Come early before our services and plan to stay after.
Introduce yourself to others and take time to get to know those sitting around you. I often tell people that if you come 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes after it won’t take long to get to know others and find ways to serve.
